Welcome to Move With My Doc! This page outlines the rules and regulations for the use of the Move With My Doc's Website (located at joinmwmd.com) and the Move With My Doc community walking group.

By accessing this website, we assume you understand and accept the following participation guidelines.

The organizers and leaders of Move With My Doc cannot provide medical advice for participants. Participation is at your own risk. In case of emergency, you grant permission for basic first aid to be administered and for emergency services to be contacted if deemed necessary.

3. No Treatment Relationship

Participants acknowledge that participation in Move With My Doc does not create a treatment relationship between any participant and any medical professional present. Participation is solely voluntary and for the purpose of community engagement. Any information given or demonstrated by the leaders and/or organizers of Move With My Doc is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as medical advice.

4. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to act respectfully and courteously towards others. Harassment, discrimination, or any disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. We aim to foster a supportive and inclusive environment for all.

5. Personal Information

Any personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of organizing and communicating about the Move With My Doc group. Your data will be stored securely and not shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law. Any personal health information that you provide will be de-identified, which means that your name will be unlinked from any health information that you provide to us.

6. Email Address

To participate in the walking group, an email address is required because the primary communication with participants is through email. You can opt out of email communication at any time.

7. Phone Number

From time to time, we may also send communication via text messaging. We request a mobile phone number that can receive text messages. Providing a phone number is optional. You can opt out of text message communication at any time.

8. Changes to Terms

This Participation Notice may be updated periodically. Participants will be notified of any significant changes. Continued participation after such notifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. License

Unless otherwise stated, Move With My Doc and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website and produced by Move With My Doc. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

Without written permission from Move With My Doc, you must not:

• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Move With My Doc

• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Move With My Doc

• Redistribute content from Move With My Doc
